Shea was absolutely fantastic towork with. She knew everything about every mattress welooked atand how itwould work with mybody. She was professional and did not pressure adecision inanyway (even though Ikept her late making adecision). Iwould recommend her service toanyone looking for anewbed.

With the internet atour beckon call, retail staff insome industries sometimes donot know their products better than their well researched customers. Unfortunately shopping for amattress isexpensive, intimidating, and the online community creates more confusion than understanding. Sogoing into Mattress Firm mywife and Iwere less than confident. Toour surprise, Sam was incredible. Headdressed all our questions, concerns, and took the time toexplain the fundamentals. I'm impressed with his wealth ofknowledge and customer service skills. The delivery team was greattoo, all smiles and very friendly. Ithought this was going tobe adifficult purchase, but itwas the smoothest one I've ever made!
